The bedroom opens onto the Courtyard through French windows which fills the room with light along each side. The room has a huge terrace overlooking the pool, with breathtaking views of the countryside. The main guest suite is on the top floor and has the best vistas of the mountains, countryside and surrounding golf courses. This room is complete with a private sun terrace, balcony and marble bathroom. There are two more en-suite double bedrooms with gorgeous terraces and views, and two other twin bedrooms.

On the first floor is a magnificent lounge complete with a fireplace, lofty ceiling and beautiful furnishings. A beautiful marble staircase leads down to the stunning Moroccan style dining room on the ground floor, cleverly decorated and equipped with creative lighting, perfect for indoor dining. The kitchen is contemporary and fully equipped with gleaming steel cabinetry and top class appliances including 2 ovens, a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and icemaker. A spacious family room is located on the ground floor with sky TV, a library of books, DVDs, videos and children’s toys for entertainment and relaxation. The villa has a large laundry room and offers a discrete daily maid service for all needs.

 

Pool area

The outside settings of Casa Abelia are carefully planned and beautifully landscaped. The main feature here is the lovely heated pool, which is perfect for cooling down in the sunny Mediterranean climate. A beautiful thatched snack bar, or chiringuito, is located poolside and is complete with a gas barbeque and outdoor shady pergola dining suite. An arched flower covered walkway leads to the lower terrace which is fitted with table tennis and home gym equipment.
